At East Sussex School of Circus Arts we believe that Aerial Acrobatics is for everyone. Whether you’re a child looking to build strength and coordination or an adult seeking a fun and challenging way to stay fit, our classes are designed to meet you where you are. Our expert instructors are passionate about teaching and make it their mission to create a supportive, encouraging environment where students of all ages can thrive. Our Aerial Acrobatics classes ranges from aerial silks to hoop and trapeze, each classes provides a unique blend of fitness, creativity, and artistry, all while building confidence and flexibility.
Aerial Acrobatics is for everyone
Come and try some Aerial Acrobatics and meet new friends while you have all kinds of fun with our supportive teachers. Boredom? What’s that? It doesn’t exist in our Circus School! Each day is crammed with Aerial Acrobatics Circus adventures.
Never done anything like it? No problem at all. If you’ve done nothing other than school PE lessons, you’ll discover a whole world of exciting things to do, If you’ve already done dancing, gymnastics, acrobatics, parkour or trampoline, circus activities will actually develop those skills further, while you learn new Aerial Acrobatics circus arts, If you enjoy this, you will love our Aerial Acrobatics Circus classes.

FAQ’s
Is there parking on site?
Yes, in the summer parking is on the field in front of the ESSCA sign. In the winter you may park in front of the cafe. Please be mindful of children around.
Where do I drop my child off?
Please drop your child off inside the cafe where they will be signed in by a teacher and then walked down to the training tent with a teacher.
Are parents allowed to watch classes?
No parents will have to wait in the Café during classes and the teacher will collect and return students once the class has finished.
Do you provide food and drink in the Café?
Yes, we have a variety of food and drink available to purchase in our Café, you are more than welcome to use the cafe as long as it is open before and after lessons.
What should I wear?
Legs should be fully covered and suitable for moving freely without restriction, all students must have at least one school T-shirt as part of their Uniform. This can be purchased from our website
What do I need to get when I join the club?
All students must have at least one Handbook of their chosen discipline (Hoop, Silks or Trapeze) this is to keep track of progress. A T-shirt as part of the uniform. These can be purchased from our website
What should I bring to class?
A water bottle, full length trousers, ESSCA T-shirt and suitable footwear for walking to the training tent.
Are there toilets on site?
Yes, washrooms are available on site, we recommend using the toilets before the session to ensure you get the most out of your session
